 Testimony, Conversion and the Power of Music



REQUIRED
o Girls: Learn the song “As Sisters in Zion”*

o Boys: Learn the song “Army of Helaman”*

o Give a talk in sacrament meeting or in an other church meeting about a handcart pioneer

o Read “Journal of the Trail” by Clark, Glazier (check-out book from Sheffield’s)

o Share your testimony in your class or Sacrament Meeting

o For 1 week write in your journal of the tender mercies the Lord has shown to you

Physical Preparation


REQUIRED
o Start an exercise program in March. By May Walk/Run/Bike 3 miles 3 times a week

o Break in your trek shoes (by May 21)

o Prepare your pioneer clothing (by May 21)

o Go on a 10 mile hike (you can do it!)

o Write in your journal how trek will help you do hard things?
